Meeting topic:

"The Life-Cycle of Personality Assessments in Talent Management Processes”

Presented by:
Craig Haas, Ph.D., S.P.H.R. Consultant, Hogan Assessment Systems

Meeting Topic

Over the past decade, the growth in personality-based applications in the workplace has increased steadily. Both academic and business-related research has found these tools to be useful and practical for various organizational applications such as selection, development, and succession planning. Even with their increasing acceptance, personality assessments are often only applied in a fragmented manner across organizations and are typically implemented as specific solutions to HR challenges. This presentation will discuss best practices in the use of personality assessments and their role in the life-cycle of employees throughout organizational talent management processes.
